Star tattoo designs can look very elegant on a lady and many ladies have the tattoos on their hips, some coming down to their pelvis area. Wherever you want the ink you can get it, as long as you are prepared to deal with the pain associated with inking unusual areas of the body, but that shouldn't be too difficult!
